The CBD Fiery Food Fair at The Sheds at 1Fox brings together 30+ street food vendors with a unified chilli focus. Every stall must have at least one chilli-forward dish — and most go further. Expect hot sauce flights, chilli fried chicken, peri-peri seafood, and some genuinely experimental heat. Quarterly event — each edition has a different heat theme.
